its funny how when you’re away from a place for soo long the ‘homey’ feeling kinda goes a away.. well ok not away.. but it sure has faded..
tonight was ‘fun night’ at the church and afterwards they had worship.. of course they dragged me up there to play guitar, and i get up there.. and they’re doing ‘trading my sorrows’ ..now dont get me wrong, trading my sorrows is a great song.. but when you’ve just come out of a place that has the most amazing intamate times in worship to a song that isnt even talking to God..? umm i had to leave and basically everyone blew up at me and my brother for leaving.. -me for not wanting to ‘worship God’ and Josh for leaving when i was going to be here for a month.. MAN AM I FEELING THE HEAT!! ps- its 23 degrees here.. other than that today was great, a friend (Christian) came over and we watched a movie.. and now here i am..
AND- the newest addiction to our family -Ryan- is sitting in my lap, apparently my mom found a kitten on our pourch and my brother (Josh) named him Ryan.. nice name -it means little king and he’s living it up..

It was definitiely weird for me being back at my home church. It usually helps me during worship times just to do what I would do in the prayer room, focus on the Lord and meditate on a verse in my head while worship is going.
